Each board is hand-inspected for grain quality, colour consistency, and structural integrity. Only pieces that meet our material standards proceed.

Geographic outlines are machined from verified cartographic data using precision CNC equipment. The cut follows every curve of the actual coastline or boundary.

Each piece is hand-sanded through progressive grits and finished with a carefully applied oil that enhances the natural grain without obscuring it.

A final inspection checks dimensional accuracy, surface quality, engraving depth, and finish consistency before authentication and dispatch.
The Collection
Each finished piece receives a unique serial number, engraved on the back alongside its production date and wood species. This number is permanently registered in our records.
